After installing, connect your phone via Nokia PC suite, Click on Vidalia setting, click on the Network tab, and select "I use a proxy to access the internet"

click ok and click Start Tor
note it takes time to connect for 1st time
in Mozilla or other browsers use
go to tools > option > advanced > network > settings > manual proxy
HTTP PROXY: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 8118
